Small Group Ministries • Get Connected
Small Group Ministries play such a vital role in growing our relationship with God. Whether it be learning, serving, fellowship, or a combination of these. Here at Bedford United Methodist Church, we want to help you grow and deepen your relationship with Jesus Christ. We are blessed to have a large variety of small groups to meet with you wherever you are, and whatever interests or gifts you may wish to grow in. Check out our Small Groups and Ministries below, and Read More on our Small Groups Page.
At Bedford United Methodist Church, we are always looking for additional ways to grow in God and build discipleship. We greatly encourage everyone to get involved in a small group or ministry but are also open to new ministries and small groups. Perhaps God is calling you to start a new group or ministry? If so, please do not hesitate to contact our church office or Small Groups Coordinator, Brandi Naugle. Click here to email Brandi now!

Dr. Robert and Lorraine Beeman were former members of our BUMC church family. When Mrs. Beeman was courageously dealing with a serious health condition, she asked her husband to endow a scholarship program at our church to encourage young women to enter post-secondary education. Originally, the scholarship was designated for a science-related or mathematic degree but was later expanded to include any post-secondary program including technical training.
To apply for the $500.00 scholarship, the applicant must be a female member of the Bedford United Methodist Church entering post-secondary education; she must be graduating or have graduated from high school with a minimum GPA of 2.50; she must obtain two letters of recommendation and write a short essay that addresses her future goals and the significance of faith in daily living. Application forms and guidelines are available in Wesley Chapel or from this link. All completed applications must be received in the church office by Monday, May 3, 2021.
LORRAINE BEEMAN SCHOLARSHIP
As a church family, we strive to live out our Lord's example. Whether you are married, single, divorced, separated - or whatever situation you find yourself in, you matter to God and matter to us. You will find a safe haven here at Bedford United Methodist Church - a place of peace, joy and hope.
Utilizing both piano and organ, we use a wide collection of those hymns that we all have come to love.
09:45 - 10:45 am
