A GOOD PLACE
ART OF MARRIAGE
This 8 session video study, by Bruce Wilkinson, is designed to help us understand the big picture of God’s Word. Some parts of the Bible are easy to understand, others are not! Survey of the Bible, led by Paul Crawford, gives an amazing, fun (easy to understand) overview of the books, people, places, periods and stories of the Bible. This class is a great first Sunday School class. After the 8 weeks course, you can choose from among the other adult classes as a “veteran”. The participant workbook will serve as a future reference…no homework… just “fill in the blanks” during class. Meets in InGen Room at 9:45 am
This 6 week video study by Andy Stanley exposes four destructive and all-too-prevalent lies about authority, pain, sex, and sin. They're deceptions powerful enough to ruin our relationships, our lives, even our eternities—but only if we let them. Lewis Locke will lead this study of untwisting the lies that can drag us down. Meets in Room 4, First floor of Education Building at 9:45 am.

The Art of Marriage, produced by Family Life, is a 7 week Bible study. It doesn’t matter if you have been married 40 years, are newly-weds, engaged to be married or somewhere in between… EVERY marriage can “be better." Participants watch weekly video sessions, engage in group discussion and are given a workbook of video highlights and articles as well as date night ideas and discussion questions for couples. Tom and Lana Allen will facilitate the group and guarantee we will laugh, learn and maybe shed a couple tears as we learn about marriage as God intends it to be.
The Bible Explorers Sunday School Class, taught by Sandy Ziegler, meets at 9:45 am in Room 11, on the 2nd floor of the Education Building. The class (all ages welcome) is a class with the desire for deep spiritual study.
We study by subject or by specific books of the Bible. We are currently studying “Prayer and Warfare." Our next study will be "The Bigness and Awesomeness of God." There are no time limits on any given study. We go as deep and as thoroughly as the Lord takes us. You are welcome to join us!
Come visit, or join, our class where there is love and joy of the Lord and one another! We focus on intimacy with God. We are currently studying Pentecost, The Great Awakening that is coming and drawing near to Jesus.
"Seek and you shall find"! And, we surely do! It has been (and continues to be) a great ride with Him!
All are welcome to our class led by Karen Rowlett. We meet every Sunday from 9:45 am - 10:45 am in the Room 10, on the second floor Education Building
The Lion's Den adult Sunday School class, led by Don Rowlett, meets from 9:45 am - 10:45 am every Sunday morning. It is open to ages 16 years old and up. The class features a lively discussion format involving mostly books of the Bible and on occasion, Christian study books. Discussion can also focus on current events in the Church.
We are beginning a new study of “Habbakuk”. This Book of the Bible offers a picture of a prideful people being humbled, while the righteous live by faith in God (2:4). It reminds us that while God may seem silent and uninvolved in our world, He always has a plan to deal with evil and always works out justice . . . eventually.Interpretations and discussion are shared by all with each praying for discernment of what we should learn from each class. We meet in the Church Lounge. Come join us!
Our class is meeting via Zoom every Sunday morning from 9:45 am - 10:45 am through July. We are a very informal class with a mixture of people ranging from the 20's to senior citizens. This mixture of ages adds the dynamic of a wide range of discussion and much laughter.
We are beginning a study on, "What is Sin? And, What Do We Do With It?" The lessons are prepared by teacher, Clarence "Arch" Whetstone, and shared with the class in a lecture style and open to questions and discussion. We welcome all to join us! Contact email@example.com to obtain the "link" to the Zoom Class or participate by coming to the Church Library.
